Sandra is the Research Analyst for Goldenhill and has been involved in a variety of roles within the Corporate Finance sector for 15 years. Her focus has always been within research, providing a range of business information research services to assist with all aspects of company sales and acquisitions from a wide variety of sectors, covering detailed company research and background M&A research.

Most recently Sandra was Head of Research at Alaris Capital, a UK SME corporate finance advisor offering companies and their owners' specialist advice in relation to company sales, business acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Previously she provided research services at Barcroft Partnership, a corporate finance boutique specialising in company acquisitions and disposals focusing on the Information Technology and Business Services sectors.

Sandra completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Information Management and then went on to become a Chartered member of the Institute of Library & Information Professionals.
