Kobe (pronounced "Ko-Ba") Bogaert has worked with Goldenhill since 2003. Kobe has worked in both the US and Europe, and he has an extensive international network as well as international experience to utilize in his projects with Goldenhill.
Kobe has worked with Dr. Igor Ansoff, a distinguished strategic thinker and author often referred to as the 'father of strategic management'. He has successfully applied his strategic management skills to help position his client companies for further growth, increased value and subsequent exits. Furthermore, he has over ten years of experience with helping his clients define and develop their corporate finance activities. Kobe has held executive roles in finance and planning in companies ranging from a VC backed start up to mid-sized companies to high-end boutique consulting company, including; High Technology Solutions, Maxwell Technologies, TruCost Food Systems Inc. and Strategic Momentum Inc.
Kobe is also a published author with contributions to a book on international expansion as well as in local and national publications such as Expansion Management Magazine. He is Chair of the MarketLink Committee at CommNexus, a member of Program Committee at the Corporate Directors Forum, member of the Program Development Committee at Chairmen's Roundtable, a member of Product Development Roundtable Committee at AeA and serves on several committees at Rotary International. He hosts a bi-weekly radio show 'The Executive Hour' where he interviews CEO's and board members about the challenges they face in their business environment.
A native of Belgium, Kobe moved to California in 1995. He holds a Bachelors' degree in Finance from KHLeuven in Belgium, and he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a MBA in Strategic Management from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management in San Diego.
