Kevin has more than 30 years' experience working in the IT sector with the last 15 years focused on IT M&A. He has for the past 11 years worked as a Partner with Goldenhill having joined in 2001 and established its US presence. Prior to his M&A career, Kevin was a senior executive in Technology companies such as Fujitsu, Anacomp, NAS and Control Data where he held general management positions and also leadership positions in Corporate Development, Marketing, Product Management and Product Development.

During his M&A career, he has worked both in corporate development roles and as an advisor with Goldenhill. He has successfully completed over 50 M&A projects in many different sectors of IT including both US-based and international transactions ranging in size from smaller to over $100m in valuation.

Kevin is chair of the San Diego Software Industry Council's C-Level event planning committee as well as having served for 4 years on the Board of Directors of the Chairmen•s Roundtable organization in San Diego. He is also a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum • San Diego Chapter. He holds a degree in Business and Economics from Catawba College.
