Kevin has more than 10 years experience in technology M&A working first in corporate development roles and later as a Partner in technology focused M&A Advisory firms. Kevin has completed many successful projects in many different market sectors including both US-based and international companies.

Prior to his work with Goldenhill, Kevin worked exclusively in technology companies for close to 20 years, including serving as an executive with several public companies. He was responsible for various business management and corporate development roles for firms including Anacomp, Fujitsu, National Semiconductor and Control Data. He held senior management positions including responsibility for software and systems development, marketing, product management and finance.

Kevin also serves on the Board of Directors of the Chairmen's Roundtable, a Southern California-based private company executive mentoring, non-profit organization.
