Carlos has 10 years experience in M&A and Corporate Finance having worked extensively in the UK, Latin America and Southern Europe. Prior to joining Goldenhill, Carlos worked in a London-based M&A Advisory firm focused in the Human Capital sector. He has originated and executed cross-border transactions between Latin America and Europe both on the sell side and on the buy side.

Carlos holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica Argentina and an MBA with a major in international finance from MIP Politecnico di Milano in Italy. Prior to his work with M&A Advisory firms, he also worked in Corporate Finance and M&A functions for several companies including Deloitte, IBM and Ford.

Carlos is fluent in Spanish, Italian and English.
