Jeremy has been involved in the technology industry for 20 years, as an advisor, entrepreneur, consultant and software developer. He worked at Sun Microsystems prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1994, leaving in 1997 to found a venture capital backed software company, spending 3 years living in New York. Upon returning to the UK, he joined Arma Partners, focusing on M&A transactions within the European mid-market technology sector. Prior to joining Goldenhill, he spent several years running his own boutique M&A advisory firm.
Jeremy graduated from Manchester University with a First Class Honours degree in Physics and Electronics, and studied Corporate Finance at London Business School.
